Bachelor’s Degree in French and Lebanese Private Law (Honors) andMaster’s in Private Law and Affairs – Banking Law from Saint Joseph University (Beirut).

Fluent in Arabic, French and English.Some knowledge of Spanish.

Ralda advises international and regional clients in a large number of fields, mainly in the areas of: corporate law and practice, mergers and acquisitions, project management and intellectual property. She handles the implementation process of foreign companies planning to expand their business in Lebanon, and has supervised the registration of numerous local companies in the UAE, KSA, Bahrain, Qatar, Cyprus, Seychelles and USA. She also oversees contract drafting in compliance with all applicable regulations and laws.
